Job summary

IDEMBE Ltd is looking for sales agent who will work closely with potential customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Sales agent should be to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.


  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Remain knowledgeable on new products and discuss available options
  • Reach out to customer leads through different means
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


  • Have a smartphone
  • Basic Math and literacy skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in Kinyarwanda  (Proficiency in English would be an added value)
  • Hands-on experience with smart devices
  • Basic ICT skillsExcellent selling,
  • communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
